1. Introduction

Welcome to Hostlabs! These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our services, including software, tools, consulting engagements, and other related services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Billing Policy

Hostlabs follows a monthly billing cycle for all services, with flexibility for mid-month starts.

Billing Period: Services are billed on a monthly basis, starting on the 1st of the month and ending on the last day of the month.

Mid-Month Prorations: If services begin or end mid-month, fees will be prorated based on the number of days services were provided.

Payment Due: Payment is required in advance for all services.

Autopay Authorization

Clients must maintain a valid payment method on file at all times.

Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in restricted access to software, tools, or services and could lead to a temporary pause in service delivery.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, clients authorize Hostlabs to enroll their account in autopay and charge the payment method on file for all amounts owed, including recurring subscription fees and one-time charges.

3. Refund Policy

Hostlabs operates a strict no-refund policy.

Once services have been purchased, fees are non-refundable.This applies to all subscriptions, consulting sessions, and project-based services.

4. Fee and Service Changes

Notice of Changes

Hostlabs reserves the right to update or modify its fees or services at any time.Clients will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance of the effective date.

Notification Process

Notices will be sent via the email address on file for the client. Hostlabs may also post updates in the client portal or on the company’s website.

Implementation of Changes

Updated fees or changes to services will take effect starting on the 1st day of the next billing cycle following the 30-day notice period.If services are prorated for mid-month usage, the updated fees will also apply proportionally.

Client Options

During the 30-day notice period, clients have the right to:Accept the changes by continuing to use Hostlabs’ services beyond the effective date.Opt-out of the changes by canceling their subscription or services before the new terms take effect.

Client Acknowledgment

By continuing to use Hostlabs’ services after the 30-day notice period, clients agree to and accept the updated fees or service modifications.If a client does not cancel their subscription or services before the effective date, the new fees or service terms will automatically apply to their account.

5. Cancellation Policy

Subscription Plans

Clients may cancel subscription plans at any time. Services will terminate on the last day of the current billing period. No refunds or credits are provided for unused time in the billing cycle.

Consulting and Project-Based Services

Consulting sessions must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session will incur a 50% service fee.Project-based service cancellations are subject to review, with no refunds for completed milestones.

6. Delivery and Access Policy

Service Delivery

All services are delivered digitally through email or a designated client portal.Standard service packages are delivered within 3-5 business days unless specified otherwise.Custom service timelines will be outlined and agreed upon at project commencement.

Access to Deliverables for Consulting Engagements

Hostlabs will provide access to deliverables for a maximum of 30 days from the date of delivery.It is the client's responsibility to download, review, and accept the deliverables within this timeframe.After 30 days, Hostlabs reserves the right to restrict access to deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery Issues

Contact us at [email protected] if you encounter issues accessing deliverables or services. Delivery concerns will be addressed within 1-2 business days or in accordance with the scope of the service or engagement being provided.

7. Changes to Terms of Service

Hostlabs reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.Notice Period: Clients will be notified of changes to these terms at least 30 days in advance via email or website updates.Continued access to services after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
